1. I want to pay by Credit Card, can I ?
Yes, you can pay by credit card like Visa, Mastercard, Discover etc., this only for order less than $270, or we will use Bank Transfer, Money Gram or Western
Union.
2. What happens if the product I ordered is not in stock ?
We will inform you by email with an indication of the availability date. If
this situation occurs, we will dispatch your order as soon as we receive the
product.
3. How long does delivery take?
Express Service delivery is in average 3–5 working days
EMS delivery is in about 5-7 working days
By air it is about 10-15 working days
4. Can I place an order to be delivered to someone else / to another country
?
Yes, but the order has to be placed on the website of the country where you
want it to be delivered. Please bear in mind that for the security check you
will be asked for some documentation that links you to the delivery address.
5. What happens if my parcel is lost by the courier ?
If your parcel is lost during delivery, we will follow a standard procedure of
opening a search file with the courier. This investigation normally takes 5-7
working days, and if the parcel cannot be found, your order will be re-shipped.

Sorry but we do not have printed catalogues at the moment, we will inform you

8. Can i get a discount when I buy more a big quantity and what it is ?
Yes, we will give you discount when you buy a big quantity, and we will tell you
the discount we can give you upon your quantity.
9. Where is my inquiry? Why I have not got quotation from you ?

10. What happens if there is a problem with a product ?
Of course, as hard as we try to use quality control, there is always the chance
for an isolated problem. We stand behind our work and know that if the
product is not to your specifications, we should make it so.
11. How do we get started ?
Send us a sample of your product or product layouts, and let us give you a price
quote. In addition, our logistics suppliers can give you a thought on
shipping cost, to give you a "true" cost, as needed. After you receive our
proposal, we will discuss samples and small set up costs to get you physical

should reach minimum quantity of each item.
13. Can I ask for Special Packing ?

bearing extra packing charge.
14. What about Shipping Cost ?
Shipping cost varies as per different products, quantity and shipping method,you
will get a shipping cost quotation upon your inquiry,the exact shipping
cost will be confirmed after you specify products and quantity.
15. How to arrange Shipping ?
You can make shipping by yourself and advise us the contact information of the
forwarder agent in China before production completion, or you can ask us to
arrange shipping on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid freight before
shipping.
16. Do you make dropshipping ?

17.I can not find the items I need, what can I do ?
We have more than 1,000 pcs different items in database, we only show a part of
them online, if you could not find a wanted item, please send us inquiry
with your detailed specifications,pictures and design requirments, we will send
you product information by E-catalogue as per your preference.
18. What kind of currency can you accept ?
At present, we only accept US Dollar, British Pounds and Euro Dollar.
19. What warranty do you offer for the merchandise ?
For most products, we give 7 days complete refund guarantee, if you are not satisfied with the product.
20. Is the product listed on your shop genuine ?
Most of the products listed on our website are genuine(authentic), they are 1:1 copies to the originals, they are same to original quality but not authorised yet . The copies are made by the same factories who do OEM for these big brands, so the quality, the craftmanship, the material is the same to originals. Please be at ease to try one piece at first.
